It’s understandable that ladies will want to spend time with other ladies. It’s a good thing! Many churches choose to organize and staff ministries devoted solely for this purpose. While we see value in “women’s ministry,” we do not have an exclusive network-wide ministry just for women at Apex.
We do, however, value highly the role of women in the church. We urge women, married and single, to get involved with their nearby house church. In that smaller body of believers, a lady can devote herself to the other ladies in the group for true ministry together.
Women’s studies, lunches, and outings have all been known to happen through the informal (yet very personal) collection of believers in a house church. For that matter, many of our house church regions organize gatherings for specific groups such as women, singles, etc.
